Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam checks the health in Phu Tho province

PhuthoPortal – The mission led by Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam – the member of CPV CC, accompanied by Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Viet Tien; Deputy General Chairman of Vietnam   Insurance Pham Luong Son and representative leaders of ministries and agencies, visited and paid a working in Phu Tho about the healthcare to people on December 10th 2016.


 

Welcome the mission, there were Bui Minh Chau – the member of CPV CC, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee; Bui Van Quang – Permanent Deputy Party Committee Secretary; Duong Hoang Huong – Deputy Chairman of provincial People’s Council; representative of provincial Office, leaders of departments and related units.

 

After visiting Phu Tho General Hospital, Deputy Prime Minister expressed the pleasure to know that because of well done the socialization, the hospital’s infrastructure is more modern with new equipments, good doctor and nurse force. Thus, the hospital has successes and reached 100% technical type 1 and over 46% special technical. The healthcare quality is much improved. With the attention of provincial, until now 100 health station in the province has a doctor; 30% health station reaches the national standard period  2011 – 2020. The works of preventive medicine center is good implemented.  The national target programs are employed on the schedule. The rate children under 1 year is immunized reaching 99,5%; the rate of malnourished children under 5 year old reduces to 14,6%; the infectious are prevented and managed…

 

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam visited Phu Tho General Hospital

 

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam stressed that those achievements of Phu Tho’s health reaching is a foundation of the long-term target in the healthcare to people. The long-term target is create the health profile for each people in the provincial so that doctors could advise and take care them better.

 

Completing the target, Deputy Prime Minister focused to minister of Health, Vietnam Insurance and departments, agencies about the content of mechanism and policies, organization method, specially problems concerned the health insurance.

 

Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Bui Minh Chau, Permanent Deputy Party Committee Secretary, ministries, central agencies and Phu Tho province committed to close combine, create mechanism and policies to do the target: creating the health profile for each people in the provincial.

 

Deputy Prime Minister also asked the local government continue to direct Department of Health do works such as to research, build project and operate the separate health model; active change public services so as to meet the healthcare requirement of people; research and has mechanism to do solutions expanding the rate of the health insurance; create and manage patient’s profiles; has the balance mechanism, distribute the insurance fund; increase the ability for the health stations with aim improve healthcare quality to people at everywhere; raise the public and private cooperation, well done the  works of preventive medicine, school healthcare is continue complete the management machinist, more improve the healthcare quality at all routers…

 

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam visited painters at Phu Tho General Hospital

 

On behalf of Phu Tho’s leaders, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Bui Minh Chau expressed the direction of Government as well as Deputy Prime Minister. He emphasized that Phu Tho will focus to direct sectors, localities to do the direction of Deputy Prime Minister. He hoped that Phu Tho will received more attentions so as to develop economic – social more and more, the quality life of people improve in which the works of healthcare much improve.

 

Before, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam and leaders’ ministries, central agencies and Phu Tho visited patients, nurses, doctor at Cam Khe Hospital, and visited Yen Lap Health Station (Cam Khe district).
